  • Prenatal care and preparation
  • Postnatal recovery

  • Endometriosis-related pain
  • Bladder urgency and frequency

  • Post-surgical pelvic recovery
  1. Conversation

Your first appointment starts with a thorough conversation about your symptoms, history, and goals. Nothing happens without your understanding and consent.

  2. Assessment

Your physiotherapist will explain exactly what the assessment involves before it begins. Internal assessment is always optional and never assumed — it's your choice, and it's explained clearly in advance.

  3. Treatment

Based on what's found, treatment may include manual therapy, exercises, education, and a home program. Sessions are private and unhurried.

  4. Follow-up

You'll leave with a clear plan and a timeline for follow-up. Progress is tracked and the approach is adjusted as you improve.
